Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Scheduled appointment time will incur the following charges including loss of NON- refundable deposit.
48 Hours Prior
50% of the treatment price including deposit.
24 Hours Prior
75% of the treatment price including deposit
Day of treatment/within 12 Hours
100% of treatment price including deposit
Upon the booking of any treatment I will require a non refundable deposit of £40, if you need to rearrange your appointment please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice, the deposit will be then transferred to your next arranged appointment but will not be refunded.
By booking your appointment and paying the required deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
